12. Ingen, hwars lön utbetalas hwarje 14:de dag, kan lemna Bolagets tjenst utan att hafwa densamma uppsagd 14 dagar förut. Då någon från tjenst afgår, skall han återställa uniformen samt andra saker, som han af Bolaget erhållit, och warde, intill dess sådant skett, hans innestående aflöning icke till honom utbetalad.

13. Då någon blifwit från sin tjenst suspenderad under wiss tid, innehålles lönen, och bolaget förbehåller sig rätt att på arfwodet afdraga hwad bolaget kan hafwa att fordra, äfwensom böter, hwilka för försummelser blifwit ådömda.

14. Skulle någon tjensteman eller tjenare anse sig orättwist behandlad, må han derom göra skriftlig anmälan hos Direktionen, hwilken anmälan ingifwes till Chefen för den afdelning, hwarunder han lyder.

15. Det tillhör alla Bolagets tjenstemän och betjening i alla afdelningar att till sina Chefer anmäla alla inträffande omständligheter, som komma till deras kännedom och kunna hafwa inflytande på rörelsens säkerhet, drift och förökning, eller på något sätt angå Bolagets intressen och werksamhet.

12. No Servant paid fortnightly will be allowed to quit the Company’s Service without giving 14 days previous notice. - On leaving the Service he must deliver up his uniform and other appointments, or the Company will retain his pay, till this be done.

13. The pay of any Servant will be forfeited during the time he is suspended, and the Company reserves the right to deduct from the pay such sums, as may be inflicted as fines for neglect of duty, as well as other sums due to the Company. Every Servant shall be considered as holding his situation subject to these conditions.

14. Should any servant feel himself aggrieved, he may memorialise the Board, but in any such case the memorial must be sent through the Head Officer of his Department.

15. It is the duty of all Officers and Servants of the Company in the various departments to report to the respective Heads of Departments any occurrence, coming under their notice, affecting the safe and proper working of the Traffic, or which may affect the interest of the Company in any way.
